For 6 passengers the most popular options are the Ertiga (6 seats) and the Toyota Innova Crysta or Kia Carens (7 seats with luggage space). For 7–9 passengers choose an AC Cruiser, City Line or Winger; 10–17 passengers fit in a Traveller or Urbania.

Question 6

What is the cancellation policy for a cab on GhatGo?

Accepted Answer

You receive a full refund except 2.5% retained as a convenience fee covering payment-gateway charges if you cancel more than 48 hours before the trip, 75% between 24–48 hours, 50% between 6–24 hours, and no refund within 6 hours or for no-shows. If a trip cannot run for a reason on our side (driver no-show, unsafe weather, force-majeure), email services@ghatgo.com with the booking reference — we review the request through the email channel and arrange a reschedule or refund the full amount except the same 2.5% convenience fee. GhatGo does not auto-cancel bookings on your behalf.
